Keep in mind, our waistband strands are "One Size Fits Most". Each waistbands strand is available in a 50-in General size or an Extended size (if more than 50 inches is required).
Our standard 50-inch strand can be self-adjusted to fit from XXS(size 00) up to 4XL size 28W). Choose an extended size if you need a size bigger than 4XL and enter your required length in inches in the require text field.

Find Your Placement:
Wrap the beads around your waist at your desired position (e.g., hips, navel, or natural waistline).
Adjust them tosit comfortably without being too tight or too loose.
Secure the Beads:
Hold the beads firmly in place where they fit perfectly on your waist.
Ensure the beads are evenly spaced, and the strand is not twisted.
Tie the Knots:
Pull the strand snugly and tie a double knot.
For added security, tie two more knots to create a total of 3-4 tight knots.
Trim the Excess String:
-Using scissors, carefully cut off the extra string, leaving about 3-4 millimeters from the final knot to prevent unraveling.
