Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
Because each SnapScented air freshener is custom-made to order using the unique photo and options you submit, our policy for personalized items differs from standard retail stores.
⏳ Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Changes
If you need to change your photo, crop selection, scent, or shipping address, please contact us immediately at snapscented@yahoo.com.
• We begin processing custom orders quickly. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started or the order has shipped.
Cancellations
• Within 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 Hours: We may still be able to cancel your order if production has not yet started.
• Once Shipped: Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are personalized and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
• Personal scent preference.
• Incorrect photo, crop, or options selected at checkout.
• Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
• Issues caused by low-quality, blurry, dark, or low-resolution images.
Note: Please do not send items back to us. Because they are custom-made, they cannot be restocked or resold.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please email snapscented@yahoo.com and include:
1. Your order number.
2. A brief explanation of the issue.
3. Clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Resolution: If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
📍 Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
• Replacements: If tracking shows the package is likely lost, we may offer a replacement.
• Refunds: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement for a lost package, we may wait up to 7 days before issuing the refund in case the package is delivered during that time.
